Deleting a reservation If you need to change or cancel your reservation, then you will need to log back into the Career Services WIRE to edit your information. Please delete the current reservation and make a new one.
To delete a reservation, log back in to the Schedule page and click on your reservation time slot. Your Reservation Form will pop up. In the Reservation Form, check the box next to “Cancel this appointment?” and then click on “Save Changes.” Go back to the Schedule and make a new reservation on the correct day or with the correct staff person.
Changing your profile and e-mail information. If your name is spelled incorrectly in the confirmation e-mail or you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, log back in to the Control Panel page. First, click on “Change My Profile Information/Password.” Double-check that all information is correct and then click on “Edit Profile.” Next, from the Control Panel Page, click on “Manage My E-mail Preferences,” make sure that all options are set to “Yes,” and click on “Save E-mail Settings.” See the Other Features section for more information.
